Software Testing/QA courses from Universities across the World

Many people have asked me about the courses for software testing. Though I strongly believe that taking up software testing courses/certifications alone does not create good testers, but it can be a good starting point and it also helps in attracting more freshers to take up the software testing as career. So I am listing the software courses offered in various universities in this posting. I would request other testers who know of some courses which are not mentioned below to let me know so that I can add them to the list.

• Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)
• Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE)

• Certified Test Manager (CTM)
• Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP)

These courses in universities may not be offered during every semester. None of the Universities in India offer any courses in the software testing but there are many private institutions which offers the courses but I wonder how useful are these courses.
