According to Techcrunch, Microsoft has offered to buy Yahoo! for $44.6 billions. Somethings which we need to watch in near future:
1. Will Microsoft+Yahoo be able to give stronger competition to Google?
2. Will this mean that Y! will not layoff 1k employees which it was planning to or is it that it will fire more employees as part of deal ?
3. Will Microsoft be able to rule the online world after Yahoo's acquisition in a way its ruling the Operating system space ?

well google should be a bit scared~~~as yahoo and msn wat a kick ass combination~~~~but still in search area google is second to none
